The website and the game are hosted by the publisher himself, on his own machine, located in France: Maxime MONTEIRO, 693 Avenue Pierre Lacans, 34310 Montady, France, 07 82 99 62 81. The database runs on this same machine.

The network, the DNS, the tunnel connecting this machine to the Internet and abuse protection are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. The resulting data transfers to the United States are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

03 Intellectual property

The game, its name, its logo, its cars, its tracks, its visuals, its sounds, its texts and its code belong to the publisher. Any reproduction, public display, extraction or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is prohibited.

Voltane also uses free and open-source software (including three.js and Rapier) and assets under free licenses (including textures from Poly Haven and ambientCG), each under its own license.

The sponsor brands shown in the game (Survolt Batteries, Bank of Bolts…) are fictional.

04 Reporting content

A driver name, a Paddock post or any other content that seems unlawful to you can be reported with the “Report” button in the game or the Paddock, or by email to [email protected] (tell us where it is and why). Every report is reviewed, and the content removed without delay if need be.
